Tip: When your fresh veg and herbs are on its last legs, make a frittata! Sautee your veggies in coconut oil or butter until they are nicely cooked, add whatever seasonings you fancy, and then add in 6 beaten eggs with a splash of coconut milk. Bake 375F for 20 mins.

Avocado mixed with cacao and a little raw local honey is a game changer! Enjoy the healthy fats and antioxidants, it'll make you fancy. Mix: 2 avocados, 1/3 cup organic cacao powder, 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk from the can, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of sea salt, and 2 tbsp. raw local honey. YUM!
